Celebrity Big Brother is moving to a new channel, which means changes are afoot for the popular television series. For the first time ever, viewers will be able to choose who makes it into the house – and, of course, this means bookies are taking advantage of the betting opportunities.
Several entertainment betting websites have now posted props, so punters can bet on who they think will be the next contestants on this year’s series of Celebrity Big Brother. Martine McCutcheon, formerly of East Enders, and famed boxer Ricky Hatton seem to be the favourites for entering this year’s Big Brother house.
There was a rumour that the show’s producers were courting Charlie Sheen. However, there has yet to be any confirmation on this rumour.
Players can also place wagers on who they think will be this year’s presenter. Davina McCall was the host of the show for over a decade, but with the change of stations, she may not be inclined to take up the role once more. So, players can choose whether Emma Willis, Justin Lee Collins or George Lamb will take over the position.
