A: If you become disconnected during a game, the game will be played out on the bingo servers. Your balance will automatically be adjusted whether you win or lose.
Q: How do I play/purchase strips for bingo?
A: In order to play bingo, you need to be registered and have deposited funds onto your account. This will make you eligible to purchase bingo cards.
To play, just log in with your login name and password and go to the Bingo and Games lobby, where you can select which bingo room you would like to play in. Should a game be in progress, you will see a timer indicating the remaining time in each room until the next game begins. Once a game is finished, a set of randomly chosen strips will be presented to you.
Select a strip by clicking once on any ticket within the strip. It will appear highlighted when selected, and the ‘Tickets brought’ box will show the number of tickets selected. If you wish to de-select a strip, simply click on it and it will no longer be highlighted. To purchase your selected strips, click on the large ‘BUY TICKETS’ button in the Game Window.
