Staycation Terms and Conditions:

Every £1 wagered between the 1st July and 31st July 2009 earns you one entry into the prize draw.

Each player is allowed only ONE active account. Winnings will only be paid to players having one account. Should duplicate accounts be registered, all winnings will be void. Transfer of funds between player accounts is not permitted.

Prize winners grant to St Minver the right to use and publish their user name online and in print in any other media in connection with the game. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for St Minver to use winner's name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to reclaim the prize awarded if customers are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of this promotion, as solely determined by St Minver. In such instances, St Minver will terminate the player's eligibility to participate in the promotion. St Minver reserves the right to cancel, reclaim or refuse this promotion at its own discretion.
