This promotion is for UK residents aged 18 years or over. Every £1 you wager between 1st January and 31st January 2010 gives you an entry into a draw for 4 Spa Days, 4 Cross Trainers and 4 x £100 in cash. This promotion is only available to players who have made a cash deposit.
One player can only win one prize. There is no cash alternatives for Spa Days and Cross Trainers.
The winners will be chosen randomly and contacted by 12th February 2010.
The winners of the prizes will be randomly selected and will receive their prize within 30 days of the end of the promotion. No cash alternative is offered. Tickets will be supplied by a third party 10 days prior to event taking place. St Minver is not responsible for any costs incurred by the winner pertaining to this event. Tickets are non-transferrable and any attempt to do so will render them invalid.
Prize winners will be contacted and credited no later than 72 hours after the promotion ends. Prize winners grant to St Minver the right to use and publish their user name online and in print in any other media in connection with the game. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for St Minver to use winner's name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Each player is allowed only ONE active account. Winnings will only be paid to players having one account. Should duplicate accounts be registered, all winnings will be void. Transfer of funds between player accounts is not permitted.
We reserve the right to reclaim the prize awarded if customers are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of this promotion, as solely determined by St Minver. In such instances, St Minver will terminate the player's eligibility to participate in the promotion. St Minver reserves the right to cancel, reclaim or refuse this promotion at its own discretion. This promotion is subject to our official terms and conditions, which shall be binding in all cases. Employees, officers and directors of our parent company or any of our licensees, software suppliers and developers, affiliated or subsidiary companies are not permitted to register with us or to participate in this promotion.
Participation in Bingo is open only to the residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal. It is your responsibility to ensure that the laws of the country in which you are resident entitle you to play Bingo.
