Terms and Conditions

1. By registering to play on this website, you confirm that you understand these rules and agree to be fully bound by them. These terms are incorporated into and form part of our main Terms and Conditions.

2. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

3. This promotion will not affect other promotions.

4. Every bingo ticket you purchase in cash between Thursday 18th and Sunday 28th February 2010 gives you an entry into the draw. You can have an unlimited numbers of entries.

5. The first prize is £100, the second prize is £50 and the third prize is £25. There will also be the following cash prizes: 10 x £10, 25 x £5 and 100 x £1. Additionally, winners will be drawn for 10 x Chit Chat Bingo mugs.

6. The winners will be drawn and accounts credited within 72 hours after the end of the promotion. Allow 14 days for delivery for the mugs.

7. Prize winners grant to St Minver the right to use and publish their user name online and in print in any other media in connection with the game.

8. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for St Minver to use winner's name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

9. We reserve the right to reclaim the prize awarded if customers are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of this promotion, as solely determined by St Minver. In such instances, St Minver will terminate the player's eligibility to participate in the promotion.
