1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who play on any of the games at Chit Chat Bingo for real money between Thursday 5th June and Monday 30th June 2008
2. Each player is allowed only ONE active bingo account.
3. Winner will be drawn at random on Wednesday 2nd July 2008 and notified by phone by Friday 4th July 2008.
4. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Entry instructions and prize descriptions form part of these terms and conditions.
6. The prizes includes a holiday for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, and it must be taken by 31st July.
7. The maximum value of the prize is £2,000 and it includes travel and accommodation at a Centre Parcs village of your choice.
8. The Prizes are as stated, non-negotiable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative or different holiday option. The promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. The promoter accepts no liability for the prize or for any loss or damage arising from its issue.
10. Prize winners grant the promoter the right to use and publish their user name online and in print in any other media in connection with the game. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the promoter to use winner's name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, reclaim or refuse this promotion at its own discretion. This promotion is subject to our official terms and conditions, which shall be binding in all cases. Employees, officers and directors of our parent company or any of our licensees, software suppliers and developers, affiliated or subsidiary companies are not permitted to register with us or to participate in this promotion.
