Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who purchase at least one bingo ticket or play side games for cash between 20th November and 10th December 2008.
2. Each player is allowed only ONE active bingo account.
3. Players get one entry into the draw every day they play bingo or side games for cash during the promotion period.
4. Winners will be chosen randomly and contacted by 12th December 2008.
5. One winner gets to choose gifts worth £500 from the gift list above.
6. Ten more players will win luxury Christmas hampers worth £50.
7. All prizes will be dispatched on 15th December 2008 for a delivery well before Christmas.
8. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Entry instructions and prize descriptions form part of these terms and conditions.
10. The Prizes are as stated, non-negotiable and non-transferable. The promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
11. The promoter accepts no liability for the prize or for any loss or damage arising from its issue.
12. Prize winners grant the promoter the right to use and publish their user name online and in print in any other media in connection with the game. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the promoter to use winner's name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
