TERMS & CONDITIONS Cash for Life Bingo.
These are the rules under which a player shall become eligible to be awarded the Jackpot in a Cash for Life Bingo Game.
1. Cash for Life Bingo Games are available only to registered St Minver bingo players and their standard terms and conditions apply.
2. Cash for Life Bingo Games will be clearly labelled and shall be held every Sunday four times per hour from 9:00 am until midnight (UK time).
3. The Jackpot is unique to Cash for Life Bingo Games and is not available in any other of St Minver’s games (unless specifically stated otherwise).
4. Upon a player achieving a full house within 32 calls (including the 32nd call) during a Cash for Life Bingo Game, he/she will become eligible to be awarded the Jackpot but qualification for winning the actual award shall be subject to conditions 7, 8 and 9 below.
5. The Jackpot shall be the sum of £250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand Pounds Sterling) payable in 250 instalments of £1,000 per month (or as otherwise contained in this Services Agreement.
6. A player shall not be awarded the Jackpot unless he/she has, at least on one occasion, deposited and wagered his/her own money with St Minver during the period of 30 days immediately before becoming eligible to be awarded the Jackpot.
7. St Minver reserves the right not to award the Jackpot if there has been any misconfiguration of the workings or operation of the Cash for Life Bingo Game in question or any event or thing has happened which has interfered with the normal and proper workings of such bingo game. Whether or not there has been any such misconfiguration or interference shall be decided by St Minver at its sole discretion.
8. Upon becoming eligible to be awarded the Jackpot, a player shall, as a pre-condition to being awarded the Jackpot, enter into a Services Agreement with St Minver Ltd.
9. If more than one player achieves a full house within 32 calls during the same Cash for Life Bingo Game, subject as above, the Jackpot will be shared equally between them.
10. St Minver reserves the right to alter or withdraw the Cash for Life Bingo Game at any time at their sole discretion.
